Delivery Costs And Info
Using Our Service
At TVW we ship orders using several different methods, within 2 working days*. The method used for an order depends on the delivery location, the nature of the item ordered and the size of the item ordered. Here are the methods we use:
- RoyalMail
- FedEx
- DX
The delivery cost for an order varies depending on your cart total and shipping address, during the checkout process you will be advised of the shipping cost in your order total breakdown.
*Please note: Our 2-day service cuts off at 2pm so orders placed after 2pm will be classed as being placed the following working day. If you need something urgently though please get in touch with us before placing your order.
*Please note: Orders being shipped to Northern Ireland will be a 3-day service.
*Please note: Orders over 10+ pieces of glass will typically be shipped in a wooden crate and will require a forklift to unload unless agreed otherwise prior to placing your order. Please make sure to have a forklift on-site at the time of delivery.
*Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or any other drop off points.
Click & Collect
You may prefer to collect your goods from our warehouse in Sileby, Leicestershire. If this is the case, make sure you select Click & Collect while you’re checking out.
When placing your order we ask that you let us know when you wish to collect your goods from our warehouse. You can do this by leaving a note in the order/delivery information box at checkout so that we can ensure your items are ready once you arrive.
Collection Via Your Own Courier (Excluding Mainland UK & Northern Ireland)
Alternatively, you can organise your own courier to collect from our warehouse.
In this case, once your items are ordered, our team will get back to you with the relevant weights & dimensions for your crate(s) so that you can organise an appropriate courier service. From the point at which you receive the weight & dimension information from us, your chosen courier has 5 working days to collect your order from our warehouse. (We ask that you confirm the collection date with our team.)
In the event of your courier taking longer than five days to collect your order, for each day thereafter you will be charged £10 per crate per day to cover the storage cost at our warehouse.
